**Civic Engagement Associate**

Are you passionate about making a positive impact in your community? Do you want to gain practical experience in mobilizing people for social change? Our Civic Engagement Associate position offers a unique opportunity to work closely with our dedicated team on various projects aimed at fostering active citizenship and community development.

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with our team to plan, organize, and execute community events, and civic workshops.
- Assist in developing and implementing outreach strategies to engage community members in important social issues.
- Contribute to social media management by creating content and engaging with online audiences to raise awareness.
- Research and analyze local policies and initiatives that impact our community, providing insights for advocacy efforts.
- Participate in meetings, brainstorming sessions, and collaborative efforts to drive innovative solutions for community challenges.

**Qualifications**:

- Strong communication skills and enthusiasm for community engagement and social change.
- Organizational abilities with a keen eye for detail and effective time management.
- Comfortable working in a team-oriented environment and independently when required.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and basic content creation skills.
- A desire to learn about grassroots advocacy, community organizing, and civic participation.
