Overview:
We are looking for knowledgeable and friendly Budtenders to join our team. As the face of our company, the Budtender plays a crucial role in ensuring an exceptional customer experience while maintaining strict compliance with state regulations. This role involves educating customers about our products, staying informed about industry trends, and managing sales transactions effectively.

**Responsibilities**:

- Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
- Provide detailed information and education about different cannabis products, including effects, benefits, and usage.
- Stay updated with the latest cannabis trends and products in the market.
- Ensure compliance with all legal requirements for cannabis sales.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and inviting display of products.
- Handle product inventory responsibly.
- Assist in resolving any customer concerns or questions to ensure a satisfactory experience.

**Education**:

- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Further education in fields like botany, pharmacology, or customer service is advantageous.

**Experience**:

- Prior experience in a retail or customer service position preferred.
- Knowledge of or experience in the cannabis industry highly desirable.

**Required Skills**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Deep knowledge of cannabis strains, products, and effects.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to operate sales and register systems.
- Commitment to delivering superior customer service.
- Must be able to educate and serve customers with patience and professionalism.

Conclusion:
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 40 per week

Shift:
