Receptionist/office Assistant

Answers and routes all incoming phone calls
- Greets all visitors and callers and answer inquiries
- Sorts incoming mail
- Maintains confidentiality of all business records and information
- Provides assistance to other managers as appropriate
- Handles day-to-day care of current students
- Assisting with the billing process and collections
- Regular and reliable attendance

Pay: $14.50 - $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
