**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to understand their needs and recommend appropriate skincare solutions.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to educate clients on the benefits and features of DefenAge products.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth.
- Keep accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market trends using CRM software.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor products, and market developments to identify new opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven track record of success in inside sales, preferably in the skincare or beauty industry.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for skincare and a commitment to promoting the DefenAge brand and mission.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
