The postition requires answering phones, scheduling patients, checking in patients and collecting copays and payments. Other duties include interacting with insurance companies and billing personnel. Basic computer skills are necessary to use the electronic scheduling system.

Experience in mental health is not required. Experience with front desk work or customer service is a plus.

The available positions will cover Mondays, Thursdays, Tuesday mornings and Wednesday evenings. The office has two part-time receptionists, and flexibility is needed for cross coverage (vacations, illlnesses, etc.).

The office environment is positive and friendly.
