Job Summary:
**Responsibilities**:

- Manage and supervise staff to ensure smooth operations
- Provide leadership and guidance to achieve organizational goals
- Handle guest services and address any customer concerns effectively
- Oversee cash handling procedures and ensure accuracy
- Resolve conflicts among team members or customers
- Implement and maintain high standards of customer service
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback
- Develop strategies to enhance operational efficiency

**Skills**:

- Strong leadership abilities to motivate and guide a team
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction
- Proficient in conflict management to address issues promptly
- Ability to manage and prioritize tasks effectively
- Experience in cash handling and basic math skills
- Prior supervisory experience preferred

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $43,440.84 - $125,000.00 per year
