**Direct Counsel **is seeking a **Program Coordinator** to join a top legal organization in the **Los Angeles** area. The Program Coordinator role involves providing professional coordination and support for various organizational programs. Under general direction, you will contribute to the development and execution of activities, ensuring adherence to organization's policies and regulations. This position requires a balance of administrative expertise, program management skills, and the ability to liaise effectively with internal and external stakeholders. As a Program Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in facilitating program objectives, maintaining records, and serving as a key point of contact for program-related inquiries.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate and support the organization's programs, adhering to policies, rules, and regulations.
- Provide direct support to Leadership Team members or Office Directors in planning and executing program objectives.
- Review, analyze, and maintain program transactions, records, and documents.
- Assist in developing and evaluating program policies and procedures.
- Serve as a coordinator for Boards or Committees, facilitating agendas, planning logistics, and managing projects.
- Act as a liaison between the program, other offices, external constituents, and committee members.
- Manage the annual budget in assigned areas and prepare financial and programmatic reports.
- Train other staff in program procedures and ensure ongoing departmental support.
- Represent the organization at events, coordinate activities with other departments and external agencies, and respond to inquiries.

**Minimum Qualifications**:

- Education: High school diploma required; college degree preferred.
- Experience: Three (3) years of progressive experience in technical, administrative, or program-related work.

**Physical Requirements**:

- Ability to sit for extended periods, make fine visual distinctions, and lift up to 25 pounds.
- Proficiency in operating standard office equipment and using digital tools.

**Job Type**:
Contract - Full Time - Hybrid 1 Day a week remote

Pay: $37.00 - $38.00 per hour
