We are seeking a highly motivated and strategic Co-Founder with a proven track record in the startup tech space. As a Co-Founder, you will play a crucial role in our company, working closely with the founding team to define the vision, strategy, and execution of our product and business. This role does not offer a salary initially; instead, you will receive equity in the company and share in our future success as we grow and achieve our goals.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Collaborate with the founding team to develop and execute the company’s vision and strategy.
- Drive product development and innovation to ensure market fit and scalability.
- Build and lead a high-performing team, fostering a collaborative and inclusive company culture.
- Oversee business operations, including finance, marketing, and sales, to ensure sustainable growth.
- Develop and maintain relationships with investors, partners, and key stakeholders.
- Identify and address challenges and risks, implementing solutions to drive the company forward.
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to inform strategic decisions.
- Lead fundraising efforts, including preparing pitch decks and meeting with potential investors.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience as a co-founder or in a similar leadership role within a startup tech environment.
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a willingness to take risks and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Experience with product development and bringing a tech product to market.
- Strong business acumen, with a deep understanding of business operations, finance, and marketing.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with investors, partners, and stakeholders.
- Passion for innovation and a desire to make a meaningful impact.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Experience in the social networking or community-building space.
- Previous fundraising experience and a network of investor contacts.
- Experience with scaling a tech startup from early stages to growth.
