CEC is currently seeking a **Concrete Finisher **based in Clinton, Iowa.

The Concrete Finisher is responsible for ensuring a consistent and high-quality concrete pavement product for our customers. This type of work could include assisting with initial concrete set-up, monitoring string lines, material preparation, and general labor duties.

**_ What makes you successful in this position?_**
- One year of previous experience working in construction, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Understanding specifications or tolerances on concrete projects (edge slump, vertical face, pavement thickness, profile requirements, etc.)
- Basic math skills, such as adding; subtracting; multiplying; and dividing whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals
- Team player mentality and the desire to be a part of a successful, hard-working team.
- Ability to follow both written, oral or diagram instructions and be able to effectively problem solve

This postion ranges from $19 - $26 an hour with additional composition available with a valid CDL and operating experience.
