Are you a customer-focused individual with a passion for retail? Redbird, a leading retail company in Milwaukee, is seeking a dedicated Retail Customer Service Associate to join our team. As a Retail Customer Service Associate at Redbird, you will play a key role in ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet customers warmly and provide a friendly, welcoming atmosphere
- Assist customers with inquiries, product information, and purchasing decisions
- Operate cash registers, process transactions, and handle returns and exchanges accurately
- Maintain knowledge of current promotions, store policies, and procedures
- Ensure shelves and displays are organized, clean, and well-stocked
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate stock shortages to management
- Assist with inventory counts and store audits as needed
- Address customer complaints and resolve issues professionally and courteously
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and store goals
- Follow all company policies and procedures to ensure a safe and productive work environment

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in retail or customer service preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build rapport with customers and provide excellent customer service
- Ability to handle cash transactions and operate a cash register
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weight
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent

Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour
