**Marketing Coordinator**

The Marketing Coordinator reports to the Vice President of Marketing. The Marketing Coordinator will coordinate and execute day-to-day marketing activities, while also working closely with technical staff to help us communicate the narrative of our work, our approach to client solutions, and our passion for our industry. The Marketing Coordinator will support the firm's strategic growth initiatives through tracking opportunities, planning, producing, and delivering proposal submittals.

**Essential Job Functions**
- Proposal and Pursuit Presentations (50%):

- Work closely with the marketing team, project managers, directors, and executive team to develop deadline-sensitive deliverables such as proposals, qualifications packages, presentations, and award submissions
- Coordinate and manage the proposal process from inception to submission. This includes understanding the requirements of each request for proposal (RFP), ensuring compliance with bid specifications, and adhering to deadlines.
- Track amendments and clarifications to ensure the final proposal incorporates all required information.
- Write, edit, and format proposal content, ensuring clarity, conciseness, and persuasiveness. Develop and maintain a repository of standard proposal materials, including company information, project descriptions, boilerplate information, and staff qualifications (resumes).
- Develop content for marketing material by interviewing project personnel and reviewing existing documentation
- Coordinate with graphic designers for layout and visual enhancements.
- Marketing Organization (30%):_
- Coordinate and work with marketing and project teams to maintain, archive and document projects, resumes, and technical reports
- Create and update marketing materials such as project lists, project portfolios, resumes, industry and market segment information, and various other marketing documents
- Regularly reviews all standard marketing materials to update and maintain the most current and accurate information
- Promotional Marketing (20%):_
- Coordinate awards competition entries; ensure compliance with award requirements
- Develop of presentation decks for interviews or conferences
- Create presentation materials for business development activities
- Assists in the research and production of company newsletters
- Plans/coordinates marketing events, trade shows, and conferences
- Actively involved in professional marketing/communications organizations
- Attends trade shows and conferences
- Perform other marketing-related duties as needed.

**Position Requirements**
- Associate degree in a closely related field or combination of education and relevant experience
- 2+ years of experience in the A/E/C industry
- Experience in proposal planning and coordination is a must
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud: InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator
- Proficient in Google, MS Office Suite: MS Word, MS PowerPoint
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills are required, along with strong grammar, spelling, composition, and proofreading abilities
- Experience working in a project-driven environment, requiring flexibility and teamwork
- Quick self-starter, team-oriented, and able to work with different personalities and professional styles
- Superior experience in prioritizing and executing tasks to meet submittal deadlines
- Highly organized and detail-oriented; ability to multitask
