Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Personal Assistant to provide support and assistance to individuals in need. As a Personal Assistant, you will play a crucial role in helping clients with their daily activities and ensuring their overall well-being. This position requires strong caregiving skills, knowledge of ADLs (Activities of Daily Living), and the ability to maintain confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA regulations.

**Duties**:

- Provide direct support and care to clients, assisting with tasks such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation
- Assist with medication management, ensuring clients take their prescribed medications on time
- Monitor and record vital signs as needed
- Accompany clients to medical appointments and provide transportation when necessary
- Engage in social activities with clients to promote socialization and companionship
- Maintain a clean and organized living environment for clients
- Assist with light housekeeping tasks, including laundry and tidying up
- Document client progress and report any changes or concerns to the appropriate supervisor or healthcare professional

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in caregiving or a related field is preferred
- Knowledge of ADLs (Activities of Daily Living) and experience providing direct support to individuals in need
- Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and the ability to maintain confidentiality at all times
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with clients, their families, and healthcare professionals
- Physical ability to lift and assist clients as needed
- Compassionate nature and genuine desire to help others
