**Career Summary**:
**The Data Analytics Assistant supports key initiatives around data privacy and governance, GDPR, data cataloging, and developing data flows while supporting the critical work of our Data Analysts.**

**Education**:
Current or recent graduate of bachelor’s degree program in economics, analytics, data science, computer science, or information management or related field.

**Work Experience**:
1 year or more of Internship or collegiate program or practicum preferred.

**Skills**:

- Knowledge of data analysis, database systems, and data visualization tools.
- Understanding of data governance principles and privacy regulations.
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

**Preferred Skills & Experience**:
**Work Schedule**:
Hybrid: Employees are required to work a minimum of 20% in an ANA office.
