Overview:
You will help adhere to focused cost of goods management and upholding strict health code standards while effortlessly delivering smiles to every customer. You will also work behind the scenes to prepare, stock, restock, & maintain equipment too.

In addition, you will help develop marketing strategies to grow the off-premise business and further generate positive cash flows for this segment of our business. Through close contact with our ownership team you will create & manage sales goals, marketing targets, & employee development.

It will require a high-level of professionalism while staying cool under pressure that often requires some long hours on the day of events.

**Responsibilities**:

- Executing any and all kinds of events of our companies
- Loading in & out of events
- Restocking events as needed
- Employee Management on-site
- Vendor & venue management
- Working on-site Catering & Vending events
- Put orders together for ordering
- Setup & Tear-down of events
- Lead a team of many
- Hire & manage off-premise staff
- Conduct site visits as necessary
- Exhibit a high level of customer service and ability to communicate with a wide range of individuals affectively & cheerfully.

Must have Valid In-State Drivers License, Clean Driving Record, & the Ability to work around children.

Pay: $45,000.00 per year

**Experience**:

- Events management: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)

Ability to Commute:

- Nashville, TN (required)
