**Job Description**:
We are seeking an energetic Real Estate Assistant to support our transaction management team. In this role, you will assist our seasoned Transaction Coordinator with a variety of tasks aimed at closing out current deals efficiently.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Clearing Property Titles: Assisting in ensuring all properties under contract are clear of encumbrances and ready for transaction.
- Communication: Facilitating communication among all involved parties, including homeowners, buyers, attorneys, and real estate agents, to ensure smooth progress toward closing.
- Contract Assistance: Helping manage contracts for our acquisition and disposition teams, from drafting to execution.
- Property Coordination: Assisting with scheduling and conducting property walkthroughs, managing inspections, and ensuring all properties are documented thoroughly and meet our standards.
- Administrative Support: Handling day-to-day administrative tasks and supporting the team with any other requirements to keep the office running smoothly.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in real estate administration, transaction coordination, or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative team-oriented attitude.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
- Commitment to in-office collaboration is required.

How to Apply:
Pay: $35,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
