**Maitre D**:
Reporting to the **General Manager and Floor Managers**, the Maitre D will be responsible for:

- Check-in guests at the host stand in Resy
- Seat guests at their table
- Looping in appropriate management for guest issues
- Looping in appropriate people to large parties or events
- Re-plotting the book as needed based on inquiries for the day
- Re-plotting the book while taking into consideration the weather and Patio & garden challenges
- Scanning the reservation summaries for Guest Notes
- Inputting server sections into Resy
- Opening and Closing Duties:

- Print Flow and Add Notes
- Input Sections
- Review book
- Confirm reservations
- Inspect menus/complete folds
- Decide on walk-in allowances
- Ensuring all chits are accurate, updated, and sent to staff, management, and kitchen
- Re-filling host binders with appropriate signage
- Menu organization, folds, and count

Pay:
Starting at $22 an hour

Shift:

- Day shift
- Evening shift

Weekly day range:

- As needed

**Qualifications**:

- Host/hostess experience (RESY)
- Food service experience
- Customer service skills
- Restaurant experience
- Strong communication skills
- Knowledge of POS systems such as TOAST
- Ability to provide excellent guest services
- Experience in serving and hospitality industry
- Proficient in phone etiquette
- Strong guest relations skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $22.00 per hour
