ReVision Energy’s Regional Vice President - Massachusetts is responsible for the strategy, growth, and profitability of ReVision Energy’s self-performed business unit within the Massachusetts market. As the primary voice of the Massachusetts market, this role will assist in the strategic planning efforts for the commercial business and advises the commercial sales team in developing the pipeline and closing business. This role ensures the execution of the Company’s mission and vision and maintains its commitment as a B-corporation. The Regional Vice President - Massachusetts leads the continued efforts to drive a culture of solar champions among our employees, customers, and the communities we serve.

This position works closely with the various business unit leaders and functional leadership of ReVision Energy to ensure alignment of key strategic, organizational, and financial outcomes and is a member of Sequoia R, reporting to the Chief Customer Officer.

Primary Responsibilities**:Due to the unique nature of this role within the ReVision Energy organizational structure, the following accountabilities will be designed and executed in collaboration with the Vice Presidents of the residential business unit of ReVision.**

**Strategic Planning**
- Develops high quality business strategies and plans ensuring their alignment with the short-term and long-term objectives of the residential business unit and emerging and evolving market conditions in Massachusetts.
- Assesses performance and makes timely changes in strategy, structure, and resource allocations within the Massachusetts self-performed business unit.
- Assists in the strategic planning efforts for the commercial business within Massachusetts.

**Business Development and Policy**
- Drives sales performance for the residential business within Massachusetts including establishing appropriate pricing.
- Supports business development efforts for the Massachusetts commercial market by advising the commercial sales team and working to develop the commercial pipeline and assists in closing business.
- Leverages the full breadth of ReVision Energy’s products and services offerings within the Massachusetts market.
- Identifies new Massachusetts markets as appropriate and develops a business plan to support investments in such markets.
- Ensures marketing strategies align to the needs of the Massachusetts market.
- Supports policy and advocacy efforts within the state.

**Operations**
- Ensures self-performed operational processes and project throughput are optimized to meet/exceed key performance indices.
- Establishes, monitors, and maintains appropriate management systems to provide effective control of Massachusetts operations, identifying key performance targets and ensuring adherence to established policies, standards and tools.
- Supports and promotes ReVision Energy’s commitment to workplace safety.
- Serves as a support to the Service and O &M team as they address the needs of Massachusetts customers.

**Financial Results**
- Oversees the establishment and management of residential budgets to support Massachusetts’ strategy, business plans, and operations.
- Promptly identifies corrective actions relative to budget to actual results.

**Human Resources**
- Supports human resources efforts in recruitment, retention, performance development and training.
- Leads and motivates team members to advance engagement.
- Ensures the development of organizational talent and leadership.
