**Requirements**:
Under the supervision of the Company President, the Administrative Assistant is responsible for the day to day activities of the front office.

**Essential Functions of the Job**:

- Answer the multi-line phone system in a pleasant and timely manner, and direct calls to the appropriate department or individual
- Greet customers and visitors at the front desk in a pleasant and timely manner, and notify the appropriate department or individual of the visitor
- Prepare mail and parcels daily along with opening and delivering mail
- Assisting other departments with filing and administrative duties as required
- Process office supply orders; ensure proper stocking of items
- Assist employees with operating the fax machine and photocopier
- Process and mail invoices daily
- Typing various items to possibly include: decals, labels for new truck orders and bills of lading
- Assist Senior Leadership Team with clerical support or projects as required
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned from supervisor
- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent computer skills; knowledge with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook, and Epicor
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Working knowledge of office equipment including fax machine, photocopier, multi-line phone system
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
- The ability to get along well with various departments and individuals of various levels of the company

**Education and Experience**:
Certificate or Diploma in Office Administration or a combination of education and related experience in an office environment.

**Working Conditions**:
Primarily in an office environment indoors with frequent sitting for extended periods of time with occasional walking in and around the main office building.
