- Oversee and execute Finance Plan with Campaign Manager and finance staff
- Oversee fundraising strategy with Campaign Manager
- Cultivate, build, and sustain relationships with Stanton donors
- Oversee a portfolio of in-state fundraising events (in-person and virtual)
- Conduct donor research to help expand campaign network
- Work with campaign finance team and event hosts to plan and execute campaign fundraising events to raise funds for Stanton For Congress
- Follows up on outstanding pledges and monitors various projects
- Assists in compliance and database management
- Assists with other tasks as needed

**Essential Skills**
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work individually and collectively in a fast-paced and changing environment while adhering to strict event/finance deadlines and campaign finance rules
- Ability to exercise discretion and responsible independent judgment with attention to detail
- Work respectfully, effectively, and tactfully with the public and campaign supporters
- Commitment to the values and ideals of the Democratic Party

**Job Requirements**

**Salary**:$5,000-5,500 per month + health care stipend

Pay: $5,000.00 - $5,500.00 per month

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Weekends as needed

Work setting:

- In-person
