**Patient Services Representative**
**Allergy Partners of Richmond **is seeking a Patient Services Representative to join our Mechanicsville Office.
**Main Responsibilities**:
- Answer phones, schedule appointments.
- Collect co-pays and balances.
- Collect and enter patient demographics and insurance information into the Practice Management/EMR/Phreesia system during check-in.
**Required Skills**:
- Strong communication skills with the ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively with a strong attention to detail.
- Strong computer skills with the ability to learn new software quickly. Experience with EMR systems is a plus (e.g., Athena, Phreesia).
- Medical office experience
