**GENERAL NATURE OF JOB DUTIES**

Bridge Health Community Services is a community mental health organization that provides services to individuals experiencing struggles and challenges with mental health and/or substance abuse issues. Bridge Health is seeking those special and qualified people to join our team to help those who live in our community that may not have resources readily available to help them, need support and, sometimes, that empathetic ear. From intake through their journey of wellbeing--- Be the one to assist the Individual in crossing their bridge to health, healing and recovery. **Bridge Health is seeking qualified clinical/mental health staff for a variety of clinical positions working with mental health and/or substance abuse issues.**

Though duties may vary depending on position; general duties are: Under general supervision, provides therapeutic services to adults, children/adolescents, and their families. Services include provision of behavioral health assessments, crisis assessments, individual counseling, family and group counseling or skills training. This could be in the area of Substance Abuse and/or Mental Health. Maintains clinical records in compliance with all applicable policies and standards. Work schedule may vary depending on the position for which one applied. Monday-Friday 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. is the primary work schedule.

**MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS- You MUST have a master's degree to be considered and also be Licensed or License Eligible in the state of Georgia as a Clinical Social Worker, Professional Counselor or Marriage and Family Therapist by the Georgia Composite Board of Professional Counselors, Social Workers and Marriage and Family Therapists.**

Pay: From $48,000.00 per year
