Clearview Counseling Services Inc. operates as a community-based Behavioral Health agency, providing the following Mental Health Rehabilitative Services for Texas Medicaid members:

- Day Program for Acute Needs
- Crisis Intervention
- Mental Health Skills and Development Service for Adults
- Mental Health Skills and Development Service for Children
- Psychosocial Rehabilitation
- Medication Training and Support

Our mission is to promote self-sufficiency, emotional stability, and socialization by providing and exposing individuals to resources, direct support and training.Our focus is on providing supportive mental health services to individuals facing significant mental health challenges. Our organization provides clinical life-skills training and development services to adults ages 19 and over and children ages 18 and below in community-based settings so that they can achieve and maintain non-restrictive independent living.

**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Completion of Biopsychosocial Assessment on children, adolescents, and adults referred for Mental Health Training and Development Services.
- Assist the Program Manager and/or the Qualified Mental Health Professional with completing the individualized service plan.
- Determine the number of hours/units a client must be seen each week. (based on the goals and objectives on the service plan. Maximum service time required by the state of Texas Medicaid is four (4) hours per day.
- Review and/or assist the Program Manager to determine the thoroughness of the CANS (Child and Adolescent Needs and Strength) and ANSA (Adult Needs and Strength Assessment).
- Review and Approve ANSA and CANS assesments under the client profile within the Texas Department of State Health Services' Clinical Management for Behavioral Health Services **(*_**CMBHS*_) online portal.
- File the assessments in the appropriate charts.
- Provide ongoing supervision to the QMHPs.
- Provide notification to Program Manager and appropriate QMHP when CANS orANSA needs updating.
- Complete/update biopsychosocial re-assessments, as necessary

**Skills**:

- Proficiency in gender issues counseling.
- Experience working with individuals with mental health, behavioral, and emotional challanges.
- Knowledge of cognitive behavioral therapy techniques
- Ability to document clinical or mental health records accurately and efficiently
- Familiarity with coding the proper mental health diagnosis for service plan development and billing purposes.
- Experience in a clinical setting is preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with clients and colleagues.
- Bi-lingual with Spanish and English preferred.

- Must be credentialed with the following Managed Care Organizations and willing to list their credentialing with Clearview Counseling Services:

- Superior Health Plan
- WellPoint
- United Health Care

**Job Type**: Contract

Pay: $2,000.00 - $3,000.00 per month
