Your mission: to delve into the depths of credit information with a detective’s eye, all while dancing within the lines of our established guidelines. We’re looking for someone who can balance the ledger of professionalism with the joy of job satisfaction.
**Responsibilities**:
- Performs credit investigations of new and existing customer accounts through use of references, credit reports, internet news searches and various other sources of credit data.
- Analyzes and evaluates customer supplied financial information.
- Maintains customer credit files.
- Resolve customer audit requests and reconcile account balances as requested.
- Monitors the collection of past due accounts, gathers collection activities completed by divisional personnel, alerts divisional personnel to possible credit risks.
Qualifications:
- Associates Degree in Accounting, Finance, or other related field
- 5-7 years of experience in Credit or Accounts Receivable field
- Strong data entry skills and comfort level with detail-oriented tasks
- Able to extract data and manipulate it, experieince with Power BI is a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products
- Experience in accounting and administrative functions required
- Strong analytical and communication skills

Founded in 1933, this Green Bay WI based company has over 4,600 team members and operates 41 manufacturing facilities in 17 states each with a dedication to innovative development of its products and forestry resources, with a focus on safety, quality, sustainability, and continuous improvement.
The Coated Products Operations consists of three manufacturing plants, 4 Slitting and Distribution Centers, and a majority interest partnership in Mexico. The CPO manufactures pressure sensitive label stock, utilizing a variety of face stock, adhesive and release liner combinations. Product capabilities include an expanded film line, as well as traditional paper, foil and thermal offerings.
