**Responsibilities of the **Continuous Improvement Manager**:

- Develop and implement a comprehensive continuous improvement program to achieve operational excellence throughout the organization.
- Conduct process mapping to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement.
- Implement and maintain Lean Six Sigma methodologies across all aspects of the organization, including process improvement, cost reduction, and quality control.
- Establish metrics and KPIs to measure the success of continuous improvement initiatives and report progress to senior management.
- Drive a culture of continuous improvement and change management across the organization, promoting innovation and operational excellence.
- Provide training and coaching to employees at all levels to develop their skills in continuous improvement methodologies and tools.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external organizations to leverage best practices and benchmarking opportunities.

**Qualifications of the **Continuous Improvement Manager**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in continuous improvement, process engineering, or operations management in the electronics manufacturing industry.
- Strong knowledge of Lean Six Sigma methodologies and tools, including DMAIC, DMADV, Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping, and Statistical Process Control.
- Experience in project management, including project planning, resource allocation, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
- Proven track record of delivering measurable improvements in quality, cost, and delivery performance.
- Certification in Six Sigma Black Belt or Master Black Belt is highly desirable.
