**Magnolia Pool and Spa** **is hiring a** Pool Technician Supervisor**/Trainer**.
**Job Duties**:
- Training of new technicians. Training on-site when needed.
- Oversees pool cleaners and assists with coordinating routes.
- Resolve customer complaints / issues.
- Perform spot checks at properties.
- Perform corrective action as necessary with proper record keeping.
- Check trucks for cleanliness and routine maintenance.
- Assist with inventory, staging and other needs.
**Qualifications**:
- Intermediate knowledge of pool equipment.
- **1+ years of pool service tech experience.**:
- **Must have a valid driver’s license with 3 years of verifiable driving history and a clean driving record.**:
- Management or supervisory experience is preferred.
- Willing to teach and mentor.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Able to pass a pre-employment background check, drug test, and motor vehicle report.
