Lead, support, and train a Facility Coordinator team. Assisting with routine work order management via Corrigo, property management operations, including procurement of property supplies and services, issuing purchase orders, and assisting with bid requests and services.

Administrative Function
Assist Operations Manager and Management Team with tactical planning for the team’s goals and objectives

Provide facility-specific assistance to the project management team as needed or requested

Manage and maintain small facility management tasks as assigned

Provide support for meetings as needed and directed

Assist with the coordination and scheduling of maintenance activities

Team Lead/People Manager
Management of Facility Coordinators within a region

Responsible for providing consistency and oversight of performance

Responsible for training

Responsible for timekeeping

Complete mandatory JLL training annually

Complete assigned Safety training as needed

Provide support to the client on any specialty requests (including but not limited to building interior/exterior, artwork, construction projects, signage)

Attend meetings as required

Conduct team meetings

Communication and Relationship Coordination
Provide general overall facility management services, including continuous monitoring of office/facilities via Corrigo

Act as an interface with client via the facility coordinator team, as needed

Ensure appropriate follow-up with team, client

Provide direction/information to vendors, facilities team, and service providers as required to ensure excellent coordination/execution of work within the client environment with mínimal disruption

Superior customer service skills and orientation

Ability to maintain professionalism at all times under challenging situations

Ability to plan and manage work under time constraints

Ability to multitask and work without direct supervision

Proficient in MS Office, and possess strong written, verbal, and people skills

Strong organizational skills and collaborative style

Compliance
Properly and effectively administer and maintain regional account storage solutions

Assist with budgetary requests, analysis, and reporting

Assist with researching, analyzing, and reporting budget variances

Any and all other duties and tasks assigned.

Education/training
Associate degree in facilities management, building, business, or other related fields

Years of relevant experience 2+ years’ experience with Facility or Property Administration Skills and knowledge

Other abilities
Must be proficient at Excel Spreadsheets and have the capability of customizing administrative reports
