The i2M Customer Care Representative will be responsible for collaborating with our Sales Team, Planning Team, Accounting and Director of Customer Success to manage details of the sales process and ensure an extraordinary customer experience through the following:

- Demonstrate extraordinary responsiveness to customer requests
- Research and answer customer and salesperson requests, questions and inquiries
- Proactively provide customers updates on order status, keeping them apprised of any impacts to delivery
- Review schedules, inventory and order tracking reports as needed
- Assist customers through each step of the sales process, including providing price quotes, entering customer orders, tracking production process and releasing orders for shipment.
- Locate, package and ship samples as requested
- Troubleshoot problems with customer orders, customer accounts and other related issues
- Coordinate with shipping to ensure on-time releases
- Collaborate with sales to manage and follow-up on open customer R&D and project pipelines
- Compile and send agendas and meeting recaps; book sales meeting locations and travel as needed
- Provide reports on sales as needed
- Support accounting team with analysis, AP/AR as needed
- Sit in reception area and direct arrivals to Plant as needed

Qualifications:

- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Outlook, Teams, and especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Self-motivated and dedicated to customer satisfaction
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - both written and verbal
- Exceptional attention to detail

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
