Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with potential customers, and closing sales. **Duties**:

- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the benefits of our products
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers
- Meet or exceed sales targets on a regular basis
- Provide sales support to customers by answering questions, providing product information, and resolving any issues or concerns
- Upsell additional products or services to existing customers to maximize sales opportunities
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for increasing market share and expanding customer base
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions

**Skills**:

- Proven experience in outbound sales or automotive sales is preferred
- Strong mathematical skills to calculate pricing, discounts, and commissions accurately
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers
- Ability to effectively manage a sales pipeline and prioritize tasks
- Organizational skills to keep track of leads, follow-ups, and customer information
- Customer service-oriented mindset with a focus on providing exceptional service
- Ability to work independently as well as collaborate with a team
- Familiarity with sales management tools and CRM systems
