M&M Waterwell has been a leading provider of water well services in Madison County and surrounding areas for over 15 years. We specialize in comprehensive water well solutions, including installation, maintenance, repair and customer services, ensuring our community's access to safe and reliable water sources for home, businesses and ranches.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with water wells, including electrical and plumbing problems.
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on water well systems.
- Keep detailed service records for each customer and upload them into our service software.
- Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory standards.
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain professional interactions with clients.
- Participate in an on-call rotation for after-hours and emergency service calls.
- Willingness to work overtime as needed to meet business and customer needs.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in water well service, plumbing, or electrical work.
- Technical certification or diploma in a related field is preferred.
- CDL is preferred but not required.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Physical ability to perform the duties of the job, including lifting heavy equipment and working in various weather conditions.
