**Position Overview**:
CRH Anesthesia, a Well Health Technologies company is a fast-growing company providing anesthesia support to several locations in 18 states. We are looking for an experienced and dedicated individual to join our Credentialing team as a **Credentialing Specialist**. _This position is on a _**hybrid schedule**_, Mondays, Tuesdays & Thursdays in office / Wednesdays and Fridays remote._

The Credentialing Specialist will report to the Manager of Credentialing and will work to coordinate initial provider staff privileges as well as provider re-appointments for multiple Ambulatory Surgery Centers in multiple states.

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Focuses on follow-up, follow through and achievement of stringent deadlines
- Reviews and analyzes provider credentialing file for completeness, accuracy, issues, and changes
- Responds to provider inquiries received by letter, phone, or internal departments
- Administers re-credentialing of Physicians and CRNAs
- Complies with HIPAA regulations
- Assists with other special projects and process redesign initiatives as requested

**Qualifications**:

- High School Diploma required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- Minimum 2+ years’ experience in provider credentialing
- Previous experience with provider credentialing/enrollment software (i.e. VerityStream)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
- Highly effective communicator with the ability to engage multiple stakeholders in various organizations
- Must be able to work well under pressure in a very fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Possess strong problem solving, critical thinking and analytical skills
- CRH Medical/CRH Anesthesia follows all federally mandated requirements for vaccination of COVID-19. Waiver/Exemption process will also follow federally mandated guidelines._

Pay: $50,000.00 - $59,000.00 per year
