**About the position**:

To strengthen our international team in New York, we are offering a position as Paid Social Marketing Manager.

**Your responsibilities**:

- You plan, develop, and optimize Paid Social campaigns and strategies across Meta, TikTok, and other paid social channels.
- You carefully analyze the performance of Paid Social campaigns and evaluate performance-related KPIs.
- You prepare accurate reports and present results internally and to clients, focusing on delivering insightful and engaging presentations.
- You continuously optimize campaigns and ensure quality control to meet defined client goals.
- You identify commonalities between Paid Search and Paid Social campaigns and transfer learnings between channels.
- You enhance ad efficiency through researching test opportunities, exploring new tools, and studying market trends.

**Your profile**:

- You have successfully completed your studies in marketing, business administration or a related field.
- You have at least 2 years of experience in Paid Social Advertising, ideally with Facebook and Instagram.
- You have a good understanding of Search Engine Advertising (SEA/PPC) and have gained first experience in managing campaigns on those platforms.
- You have experience with Microsoft Suite and in particular, love to crunch numbers and provide advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- You convince us with strong communication skills in English.
- You are detail-oriented and a self-starter who craves responsibility.

- The pay range for this position is between $52,000 - $70,000 annually, however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience and location. We offer an annual bonus plan (15 % average annual payout) on top of the base salary as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical and/or other benefits, depending on the position offered.
