Southampton, United States New Leaf Landscape Maintenance Full time

We are looking for a responsible adult to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. Duties of the Administrative Assistant include providing support to our managers and employees, assisting in daily office needs and managing our company’s general administrative activities. Administrative Assistant responsibilities include data entry, maintaining office organization, filing, purchasing office supplies, acting as a liaison between the owner and insurance providers, scheduling, and acting as a backup to our Sales Coordinator. Ultimately, a successful Administrative Assistant should ensure the efficient and smooth day-to-day operation of our office.

**Responsibilities**
- Data Entry
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Develop and maintain our filing system
- Scan and organize Accounts Receivable
- Act as liaison between the Owner and Insurance providers
- Renew all Licenses for Villages, Towns and more when needed
- Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers
- Organize and schedule appointments
- Assist in the preparation of proposals
- Maintain contact lists
- Assist in requests and queries from senior managers

**Skills**
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
- High School degree
- Positive attitude
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and scanners
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Outlook, in particular)
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
