- Assist in event planning and coordination

- Transcribe notes and correspondence
- Perform general office duties such as data entry, proofreading, and document preparation

**Skills**:

- Proficiency in QuickBooks for financial management tasks
- Familiarity with Outlook Calendar for scheduling purposes
- Knowledge of Google Suite for document management and collaboration
- Experience in event planning for organizing company events
- Previous work as a personal assistant or in project coordination roles
- Ability to transcribe notes accurately and efficiently
- Strong computer literacy with expertise in administrative tasks
- Excellent proofreading skills for reviewing documents
