Residential Lobby Security Officer

**Pay Rate - $17.00 per hour**
Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Residential Security Officer to join our team. As a Residential Security Officer, you will be responsible for maintaining the safety and security of residential properties. This is a vital role in ensuring the well-being of residents and protecting property.
**Duties**:
- Conduct regular patrols of residential areas to deter and detect any suspicious activity
- Monitor CCTV cameras and other surveillance systems to identify potential security threats
- Respond promptly to alarms and emergency situations, taking appropriate action as needed
- Must be comfortable standing and greeting people entering the residential building
- Enforce property rules and regulations to maintain a safe and secure environment
- Provide excellent customer service to residents, addressing any concerns or inquiries they may have
- Complete detailed incident reports and maintain accurate records of security-related activities
- Collaborate with local law enforcement agencies when necessary
**Experience**:
- Previous experience in loss prevention, law enforcement, or military is highly desirable
- Possession of relevant certifications such as First Aid, CPR, or Conflict Management is a plus
- Familiarity with CCTV systems and other security equipment is preferred
- Strong observation and surveillance skills to identify potential security risks
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with residents and team members
