Position Description:
Position Responsibilities:

- Draft project documents for client and internal teams, including creative briefs, relevant sections of SOWs, supporting scope documents, and change orders.
- Attend and participate in client meetings; record and maintain detailed meeting notes and client call reports.
- Track budgets and schedule (along with project managers), and review with client on a regular basis.
- Ensure proper & timely client billing and other provide additional administrative support.
- Assist with developing client presentations.
- Collaborate with internal resources to understand the clients business, brand, and marketing, to contribute ideas.
- Contribute to strategic and creative documents and assist teams in tactical direction.
- Proactively research client brand and customer needs.
- Review marketing results and assist in presenting them to the client.
