Quickbase Administrator

Key Responsibilities:
- Install, upgrade, and maintain the performance of the proprietary custom-built QuickBase database.
- Develop and refine processes for optimizing database security and performance.
- Maintain database standards and manage database access.
- Perform regular performance tuning of database systems.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot any database errors.
- Implement and manage database reports, visualizations, and dashboards.
- Develop automation for repetitive database tasks.
- Provide on-call support as needed.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a database administrator or similar role, with a strong focus on QuickBase.
- Familiarity with managed database platforms such as Sage, QuickBooks, Workforce, Airforce, Zoho, Caspio, MS Access, etc.
- Experience in project management software and understanding project management workflows.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a detail-oriented approach.
- Ability to create and manage complex reports and dashboards.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
