Leadership Team Integrator

Bensonwood Homes is seeking a fractional Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS) Integrator to support the management of change and growth in the organization.

As part of our 50th year anniversary, we began implementing internal changes to set ourselves up for another 50-years of growth. Part of that internal change was to adopt the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS) as described by TRACTION, G. Wickman. We have completed our first annual planning, implemented L10 meetings across all functional areas, and are about to complete our first quarterly pulsing.

**Functions**
- Serve as the company expert on EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System)
- Moderate L10 meetings and manage EOS dashboard
- Organize and lead Quarterly Pulsing and Annual Planning meetings
- Ensure conflict is constructive and resolved effectively
- Ensure critical information is communicated across teams

**Primary Responsibilities **.
- Moderate several L10 meetings/week, as well as other topic-based leadership meetings.
- Hold leadership team accountable for staying on the same page and making aligned decisions quickly.
- Ensure there is transparent and continuous communication across leadership team

**Preferred Qualifications**
- MBA or equivalent experience preferred.
- Experience in a manufacturing environment required, construction experience a plus.
- Knowledgeable in the effective use of online EOS-related tools such as EOS One, Ninety.io, or Bloom Growth (formerly Traction Tools).
- Extensive experience with successful project management oriented towards strategic change.
- Expert in managing healthy team behavior at the leadership level, resolving conflicts, and modeling strong, authentic communication.
