About Us: We are a distinguished producer of artisan ice cream and pastries based in New York. Our focus is on the food service market, serving a diverse range of establishments, including hotels, restaurants, catering services, and more.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and establish relationships with new customers in food service establishments across New York.
- Enhance average sales with existing clientele.
- Strengthen customer loyalty through effective communication and relationship-building.
Qualifications:
- Proven drive and motivation: you will be on the field everyday.
- Preferably, 2 years of sales experience in the food service market
- Preferably bachelor or more graduate
- Dynamic, organized, and a genuine passion for food.
Compensation Package:
- Base Salary: $55,000 gross annual fixed salary.
- Uncapped Commissions (about $15,000 gross per year, paid monthly), based on the following criteria:
- Monthly customer margin: 0.5% calculated on NYC customer margin in your area.
- Monthly customer creations: $100 for each new customer created when reaching a $200 margin (target of 8-10 new customers per month).
- Additional bonuses based on the monthly late payment rate in your area:
- $100 for a monthly payment rate of 25% or less.
- $150 for a monthly payment rate of 18% or less.
- $200 for a monthly payment rate of 10% or less.
Additional Benefits:
- Lunch reimbursed: Up to $15 per day.
- Monthly unlimited metro card reimbursed.
- Company-provided cell phone.
- 2 weeks of paid time off.
