**Automotive Service Advisor**
**NO EXPERIENCE NECESSARY WE WILL TRAIN THE RIGHT INDIVIDUAL**
**Responsibilities**:
- Provide an exceptional customer experience by attending to customer needs and maintain positive relationships throughout the service process
- Work in cooperation with service staff and customers to assure the highest level of service excellence
- Work collectively with department managers to improve profitability, efficiency, and a seamless customer experience
- Monitor warranty procedures and claims
Requirements - **WE WILL TRAIN YOU**
- Dealership experience preferred, but we will train the right individual
- Thorough knowledge of repairs, products, warranty information, services, etc.
- Must be proficient in CDK/automotive service computer programs
- Demonstrated ability to manage others
- Organized and friendly personality
- Must have a valid driver’s license
- Multitasking skills
- Flexible schedule a must
