We are an award-winning biscuit shop hiring a Service Manager to lead our team

The Service Manager, in close collaboration with our Kitchen Manager, assumes primary responsibility for overseeing the daily service operations of the restaurant. This role entails leading shifts, maintaining restaurant upkeep, ensuring adherence to safety and sanitation protocols, assisting in supervising food preparation and cooking, and managing inventory levels in the restaurant.

In addition to these operational duties, the Service Manager is tasked with effectively communicating Little Ola s Biscuit culture to both team members and guests. They must embody the values of teamwork, dedication, and motivation, serving as a role model to inspire and empower the team. **Responsibilities**
- Supervise and assist in all food packing, expediting, and daily service staff duties
- Assist/Create daily prep lists for the service and kitchen team
- Assit with managing staffing schedules, requests, hiring and disciplinary actions
- Handle restaurant ordering including food, equipment, paper products, etc
- Create and maintain organizational documents and spreadsheets
- Inventory management of food
- Lead Customer Service standards
- Lead team with execution of catering and special orders and the delivery/pick up of orders
- May be required to lift, carry, push or pull heavy objects up to fifty pounds; kneel, bend or stoop, ascend or descend stairs; reach and grasp objects

**Qualifications**:

- A minimum of 12 months and a maximum of 3 years of restaurant management with a proven record of success is required, preferably in the fast food or casual dining industry.
- Proficient in a variety of technology systems, especially Google Docs and restaurant ordering and inventory software and/or able to adapt to new systems easily
- Fluent in English and Spanish
