**Job Summary**:
The Aesthetic Patient Care Coordinator conducts detailed client consultations tailored to meet patient needs and goals. This role plays a crucial part in promoting medical practice procedures, services, and products through effective patient education, outreach, and skilled consultative selling. The Aesthetic Patient Care Coordinator aims to drive business growth by sales of treatments, procedures, and products, achieving and surpassing goals, and implementing strategic plans aligned with customer needs. Proficiency in sales and closing techniques is essential for success in this role. We are a cosmetic dermatology and plastic surgery practice with an in-house surgical center and multiple providers.

**Compensation**:
The position offers a competitive base salary + commission + benefits. The base salary range starts at $30+ an hour DOE.

**Responsibilities**:
**Key Duties**:

- Achieve revenue targets by consistently meeting or exceeding daily, weekly, and monthly goals, emphasizing sales and closing proficiency.
- Enhance conversion rates and expand clientele by tracking, analyzing, and optimizing metrics such as consultation volume, closure rates, and revenue per consultation.
- Continuously develop skills in patient needs assessment, relationship building, consultative selling, and in-depth knowledge of treatments and procedures.
- Thoroughly educate patients on all available products, procedures, treatments, and promotional offerings, ensuring clear and effective communication.
- Provide comprehensive pre-treatment preparation and post-treatment care instructions, supported by expert knowledge.
- Maintain current knowledge of financing options and ensure patients are well-informed.
- Adhere to established protocols for timely closure of consultations.
- Prepare and execute quarterly retention analysis reports, contributing to strategic planning efforts.
- Track monthly consultation-to-conversion ratios for performance analysis.

**Business Development**:

- Support business growth objectives by cultivating partnerships and community relationships through outreach initiatives, business presentations, and referral program development.
- Execute marketing strategies outlined in practice initiatives, recommending plans and promotions to attract and retain patients.
- Manage office programs such as treatment plans, reminders, referrals, and birthdays in collaboration with management.
- Assist in marketing and with in office events (e.g. patient seminars) as needed.

**Communication and Reporting**:

- Utilize EMR and patient management software effectively, generating analytical reports to inform decision-making.
- Evaluate the success of marketing campaigns and ROI, reporting findings to management.
- Monitor personal performance metrics and contribute to achieving surgical and non-surgical treatment goals.

**Additional Contributions**:

- Provide backup support to the front desk staff on an as-needed basis.
- Maintain a professional, friendly, and respectful demeanor in all interactions with patients and colleagues.
- Respond promptly and effectively to inquiries from patients.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:
**Essential Requirements**:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a personable and articulate demeanor.
- Experience in a consultative sales environment, demonstrating a passion for the medical aesthetics field.
- Strong listening skills and a commitment to exceptional customer service.
- Proficiency in data analysis and computer skills.
- Team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude and a drive for personal and team success.

**Education and Experience**:

- Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent experience of at least three years in sales and customer service.
- Minimum of one year working in an aesthetics, plastic surgery, or cosmetic dermatology practice.

Pay: From $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
