**Lawn Club is an exciting new competitive socializing destination in the Seaport, opening Mid-September 2023.**

Positioning itself as “New York’s Leisure Headquarters,” Lawn Club will feature indoor and outdoor rentable gaming lawns in a massive 25,000 square foot venue, along with amazing cocktails and a small menu of tasty bites.

Designed to deliver the ideal atmosphere for hanging out with friends, each rentable lawn at Lawn Club will come with a full complement of popular lawn games including but not limited to bocce, cornhole, croquet, ladders, kan jam, beersbee, putting pool and shuffleboard, along with big-screen TVs for sports enjoyment, courtside drink service, and dedicated “Lawncierges” to help with all gaming needs.

Lawn Club will appeal to a variety of audiences: twenty-somethings looking for a fun night out, families looking for something to do together, anyone looking for a great event venue for their next birthday or bar mitzvah, corporate event planners, and more.

**About the Role**

The Lawn Attendant will assist with the set-up and reset of gaming areas between games, clean and sanitize the courts, and promptly attend to guests' needs, enhancing their enjoyment at Lawn Club.

**The Impact You’ll Make | Essential Responsibilities**
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the indoor and outdoor gaming lawns at Lawn Club, ensuring they are ready for use by guests
- Assist with the set-up and reset of gaming areas, including bocce, cornhole, croquet, ladders, kan jam, beersbee, putting pool, shuffleboard, and others, in between games to provide a seamless experience for guests
- Clean and sanitize the gaming courts to ensure a hygienic and enjoyable environment for guests
- Attend to guests' needs and inquiries, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring their gaming experience is smooth and enjoyable
- Clear trash and dirty plates from gaming areas promptly, maintaining the overall cleanliness and appearance of the venue
- Collaborate with the team of "Lawncierges" to ensure a seamless and well-coordinated experience for guests during their time at Lawn Club
- Be attentive to guests' safety and address any potential hazards or issues promptly to maintain a safe gaming environment
- Follow all company policies, procedures, and guidelines
- Consistently report to scheduled shifts on time and ready to work in proper uniform
- Operate ethically to protect the assets and image of the company
- Performs other duties and responsibilities as per business need

**About YOU | KNOWLEDGE, EXPERIENCE AND SKILL**
- Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role is preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with guests and team members effectively.
- Ability to work as part of a team and collaborate with other staff members to deliver exceptional guest experiences
- Physical stamina and ability to stand, walk, and lift objects as required in the course of performing duties
- Enthusiasm for leisure activities and an understanding of popular lawn games is a plus
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Must be passionate, entrepreneurial, and dedicated to success

**PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS**
- Ability to perform the essential job functions consistently, safely and successfully with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state, and local standards, including meeting qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standards.
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs; Ability to stand for prolong periods of time and climb steps regularly.
- Ability to physically maneuver through work areas; bend, lift, carry, reach/extend arms, and hands above shoulder height frequently, or otherwise move in a constantly changing environment.

**COMPENSATION**
- The base pay range for this position is $16.00 - $18.00 per hour. The determination of what a specific employee in this job classification is paid within the range depends on a number of factors, including, but not limited to, prior employment history/job-related knowledge, qualifications and skills, etc._
