**Function**:
Join our dynamic 311 Citizens Contact Center team dedicated to serving our community with excellence We provide critical support and information to residents, ensuring their needs are met efficiently and effectively. We're looking for a passionate and skilled leader to enhance our team and daily operations.

As the Citizen Services Team Leader, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the daily operations of the 311 Citizens Contact Center. Your leadership will be crucial in guiding our team to deliver top-notch service, resolving community issues, and improving overall citizen satisfaction.

**Minimum Requirements**
- High school diploma or successful completion of GED.
- Requires three (3) years of experience in direct customer contact, problem identification and resolution, and coordinating work for a team.
- Requires the ability to efficiently use a computer and other office equipment to complete tasks. A working knowledge of Microsoft Office software is required.
- An Associate’s degree in Business Management/Administration, Public Administration, Public Relations, Communications, or a related field preferred and one (1) year of supervisory experience is preferred.
- Must successfully complete a skills-based assessment.
- Must successfully pass a background check related to this position prior to any offer of employment or promotion.

**Additional Requirements**
- Requires effective communication with internal and external customers.
- Requires working a flexible schedule to include evenings, weekends, and some holidays
- May require working beyond a standard 40-hour work week.
- The incumbent will be considered “essential personnel” during City emergency situations or at the direction of the City Manager which may include long hours and unusual schedules.
