Supply Chain Manager

Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Supply Chain Manager to join our team. As a Supply Chain Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing all aspects of the supply chain process. This includes procurement management, contract negotiation, vendor management, logistics, and supply chain management.
**Responsibilities**:
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize the supply chain process
- Negotiate contracts with suppliers and vendors to ensure favorable terms and conditions
- Manage procurement activities, including sourcing, purchasing, and inventory control
- Oversee contract management to ensure compliance and mitigate risks
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement supply chain initiatives
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement
- Identify cost-saving opportunities within the supply chain process
- Ensure timely delivery of goods and materials to meet production schedules
- Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure reliable and efficient supply chain operations
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in supply chain management
**Experience**:
- Proven experience in supply chain management, preferably in a managerial role
- Strong knowledge of procurement management, contract negotiation, and vendor management
- Familiarity with logistics operations and supply chain optimization techniques
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong negotiation skills to secure favorable terms with suppliers and vendors
- Proficient in using supply chain management software and tools
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with internal stakeholders, suppliers, and vendors
We offer competitive compensation packages based on experience.
Pay: $55,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
