Front Desk Receptionist

Job Overview:
**Responsibilities**:
- Answer incoming calls from patients and healthcare providers promptly and professionally
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and scheduling appointments
- Perform data entry accurately and efficiently into the system
- Utilize medical terminology appropriately to assist callers with medical inquiries
- Maintain a high level of phone etiquette and professionalism at all times
- Handle multilingual calls with proficiency in English and Spanish
- Collaborate with the medical office staff to ensure seamless patient care
**Requirements**:
- Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate in English and Spanish
- Proficiency in data entry with attention to detail
- Knowledge of medical terminology to assist with patient inquiries
- Prior experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is highly desirable
- Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills
**Job Type**: Contract
Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
