This position is responsible for aiding our office with patient care. Provides information to patients so they may fully utilize and benefit from the care center services and also conveys a positive and professional image of the Care Center.
Job Responsibilities:
Fulfills patient care responsibilities.
Checking in and out patients, scheduling appointments, taking messages, answering the phone, completing referrals and other administrator duties as needed.
Adheres to infection control/safety guidelines and confidentiality policies.
Perform other duties/tasks as requested by providers, coordinators, and management in accordance with office procedures/policies.
Approximately 35 hours a week.
Compensation is based on Experience.
Qualifications/Requirements:
Prior Experience with EPIC (EMR System) preferred.
Prior Experience working in a medical office preferred.
High school or equivalent required.
