**About The Role**

**Responsibilities could include but are not limited to**:

- Ability to travel on short notice throughout the year to various locations
- Fully embodying and representing Weekender cultural and brand standards at all times
- Assist with transitioning and opening of new properties, including ordering and installation of OS&E, determining comp set and ADR, performing HR functions with new team members
- Act as temporary General Manager at any Weekender property during absence of full time GM, including covering for vacation periods or other absences
- Support in execution of special projects
- When acting as interim GM, lead on-site operational team, including scheduling, daily housekeeping and guest services operations, and assisting with engineering
- Assisting with onboarding and training of new leadership hires

This position requires a high level of comfort with technology; knowledge and experience of the hospitality industry; and the ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.
