**Job Summary**

**Position**
- Part-time: 20-25 hours per week
- Pay rate: $22-$30 per hour
- Flexible schedule during work week (Monday-Friday)
- In office position

**Key Roles and Responsibilities**
- Maintain and balance general ledger
- Prepare financial reports
- Perform data entry and manage accounts payable and receivable; send all invoices
- Reconcile bank statements
- Process payroll
- Assist with budget preparation
- Conduct account analysis and assist with audits
- Process employee reimbursement payments
- Manage client reimbursable expense reports
- Work with our external CPA on tax preparation
- Administration of insurance COIs, vendor setups, and employee requirements
- General HR such as new employee setup and bi-weekly payroll support
- Work with external PEO with payroll and benefits administration
- General office administration and related client management + purchasing supplies
- Contribute to improving operations and workflows by refining processes and procedures
- Maintain and periodically organize important files/paperwork
- Greet clients in office

**Qualifications**
- Associate or bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred
- 3+ years QuickBooks experience
- 3+ years of administrative, office or organizational experience
- 2+ years Microsoft office products, i.e., Excel, Outlook, Word
- Willingness to jump in where you are needed
- Proactive and self-starting nature
- Exhibit strong communication and organizational skills
- Demonstrates ability to problem solve
- Experience working in a small business environment
- Interest in learning new skills
