Thousands of veterinarians nationwide accept our pet plans and use our practice management software to grow their practice.

 

We are expanding our Accounting team We are seeking a Billing Specialist for the for the Accounts Receivable department.

 

What you will do:

• Understand the processes for enrollments and billing for our Employee Benefit Payroll Deduct members
• Apply payments and insurance premiums in our internal custom software; Daily deposits
• Weekly premium reports to insurance carriers

 

Requirements:

• Experience in bookkeeping or accounting is helpful, but not required
• Highly accurate and conscientious work style
• Ability to work on time sensitive matters with accuracy
• Drive to support the Synergy brands and support a growing business
