**The Gardens at Park Pointe,** a Premier Assisted Living and Memory Care **in Morris**, is looking for a Day Shift (6-230) and Afternoons (230-11pm) LPN or RN, including alternating weekends.
**$3,000 SIGN ON BONUS FOR PART TIME**
**$6,000 SIGN ON BONUS FOR FULL TIME**
ESSENTIAL DUTIES
This position is responsible for all nursing duties, resident assessment, health monitoring, and personal care programs.
- Supervise the resident services staff according to the Facility’s policies, procedures and standards.
- Administer and maintain a medication system which adheres to state, federal and company laws, regulations and guidelines.
- Perform assessments and reassessments to determine resident needs and establish appropriate service plans.
- Supervise staff; available to cover staffing when needed.
- Provide activities of daily living assistance to the residents as needed.
- Provide training and orientation to new assisted living staff members and ongoing training to current staff members.
- Communicate to residents, families, department heads and resident services staff in an effective and respectful manner as needed.
- Maintain positive relations with residents’ families and physicians.
**Qualifications**
- A nurse licensed to practice as required by state regulations.
- CPR certified and knowledge of basic first aid.
- Must complete all state required training to maintain licensure or certification.

- Must be able to move intermittently throughout the workday.
- Must function independently and have flexibility, personal integrity, and the ability to work effectively with residents, personnel, and support agencies.
